ZVINO is a digital commerce platform that facilitates the discovery, ordering, and fulfilment of products including clothing, cosmetics, accessories, and home goods. ZVINO operates as a fulfilment and order facilitation service, connecting customers with third-party suppliers who process and ship orders. While payments are processed through ZVINO, products are sourced, packaged, and delivered by independent fulfilment partners.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. By using ZVINO, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it. ZVINO may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. Orders & Payments
All prices may change without notice. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. ZVINO reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order and request verification.

5. Product Information
Product details are provided by third-party suppliers. Variations in color, size, and material may occur. ZVINO does not guarantee exact matches.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled by third-party partners. Delivery may take up to 21 business days. Delays may occur due to logistics, customs, or supplier processing.

7. Refunds & Returns
Refunds are only granted where eligible under policy, including damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items. All requests are reviewed case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Users must contact ZVINO before initiating chargebacks. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or reporting.
