ZVINO REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
At ZVINO, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. As a fulfilment-based platform working with third-party suppliers, all refund requests are handled in accordance with this Refund Policy. Refunds are only granted where eligible under policy and are subject to review and approval.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if you received a damaged or defective item, the wrong item, your order was not delivered within a reasonable extended timeframe, or the item is significantly different from the product description.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for incorrect size selection, change of mind, minor variations in product appearance, delays within the stated delivery window (up to 21 business days), failure to provide evidence, or items marked as final sale.

4. Timeframes
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or 30 days from order date if not delivered. Late requests may be declined.

5. Evidence Requirements
All requests must include clear photos or videos, the order number, and a description of the issue. ZVINO may request additional evidence or deny claims without sufficient proof.

6. Resolution Options
ZVINO may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement item, or store credit at its discretion.

7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Delays from banks or providers are outside ZVINO's control.

8. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived, wait until the maximum delivery timeframe has passed before contacting support. ZVINO will investigate and determine eligibility.

9. Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention
Users must contact ZVINO before initiating chargebacks. Abusive behavior may result in account suspension or reporting to payment processors.

10. Supplier-Based Fulfilment Disclaimer
ZVINO works with independent fulfilment partners and does not manufacture products. Some outcomes depend on supplier verification.
